i recently swapped my 88 2.8 rs 5 speed to 5litre tbi auto. i got it running but it is running very rich!!!! i hooked up the scanner and watched data, i had no o2 reading.... it was stuck at 438mv indic lean. chnged sens. same thng. found out becuz i used ta eng harness that the o2 wire ran out the other side, or so i thnk cuz i ran my own wires and i got o2 data.. it does have a code 45 rich exh... now another thng is the car i got the dash harness out of had vats and the key and even the colomn were gone. so to get it to crank i bypassed the starter enable relay and then i ran into the prob of vats killing the inj so i used an ecm from an 89 s10 vin z wich u would thnk shld work cuz i also did a v8 s10 swap and kept it efi with 4.3 ecm and have been driving the truck for yrs with no problems, not saying its compl rite but it does wrk fine and never sets eng lite. all data on the camaro reads good such as map tps cts, and o2 is a little wacky i thnk cuz of how rich it is??? i didnt check fuel psi yet and maybe reg??? idk any suggestions greatly appreciated!!! thanks
