sometimes i cant believe how people buthcer these cars. what was this guy thinking? and will someone really pay 2500 for this. http://www.shannonsautosales.com/veh...=199&zip=98310. sorry but i think this is a shame. especially since i saw a woman standing outside the dealership with a sign that says "i would rather walk then drive a vehicle from shannons auto" the other day.

Re: really ugly...

no V6 is worth more than $1000, and then only if the body, paint and interior are nice enough for a V8 swap.

I'm sure someone will buy that thing and happily put neon's and some 20" rims on it.

Here in the cities around CA you couldn't find a running 80's corolla or even a Cavalier for 1000 bucks unless it looked far worse than that Firebird, let alone a clean Camaro regardless of motor size.

I spent 1200 on mine, had a clean interior and exterior and ran good, but the dashpad was cracked all to hell. It was a steal and was half the price (still is!)of other comparable cars around here I just happened upon it from a old lady who just bought an 02 SS to replace it (this was back in 04) and just wanted it gone. She probably would have given it away, lol.
