VIBRATION!!!!
heres the story.... 90 Camaro, swapped 355 and 700r4 to t-5 swap. After all this I had a slight vibration but drove well. I blew the rear end and swapped for a 10 bolt from a 4th gen, still a slight vibration. Got a trans cross-member with tourqe arm mount, adjusted my pinion angle and still a vibration. Now I just swapped out my trans mount for a poly one after the original snapped. Now I have a huge vibration, the pinion angle is still good, the problem is that my camaro will vibrate when stopped, at cruising speeds etc. when the motor is spinning any higher than 2500 rpms! Its always had a slight vibration but this one rattles the whole car. The engine has around 6000 miles and the tranny has less than 3000 since the rebuild, new flywheel and clutch kit. Any ideas?

Re: VIBRATION!!!!
Welcome to poly mounts - they vibrate more.
What flywheel did you use? 1 piece rear main seal motors get a different flywheel than 2 piece rear main seal motors (one motor is externally balanced with flywheel, other is internally balanced - forget which is which). But with the T5 you are limited to a 153 tooth flywheel.
Did you check the wheel balancing before all this? What about drive shaft balancing and U-joints?

Re: VIBRATION!!!!
I'm going to try a new rubber mount and see what happens.... The block I started with was a 2 peice rear seal, the flywheel I picked up the only one that fit the spline and bolt pattern, a Summit "153 tooth", I didn't see anything about it being externally balanced...? wish me luck I guess, haha
