Perhaps the question you should be asking is "what upgrades can't I do?"
Look through these engine forums as well as the TBI-specific ones. There are countless modifications you can make, too many to list, but the best place to get ideas would be to read through the trials and tribulations of other members. It may take a bit of time and research but once you get some ideas on paper you can start asking more specific questions.
