Intermittent driveability issue- Advice needed.

Hi Everyone,
My car is suffering from an intermittent driveability issue.
Here are the following notes:

During low speed (less than 10mph or traffic conditions), the car stumbles and losses power when the gas pedal is pushed. The car will then turn off and cannot be restarted for another 5 mins.

Again, this issue is intermittent. Sometimes it will happen when the car is cold, and others after driving for an hour.

I have already replaced the fuel filter and now working through the ignition for any other potential causes.

My car is a 383 with Accel Superram/t56 set up.
Any advice would be appreciated.

what happens if you have a full tank of gas?

I'd investigate fuel delivery because that's what it sounds like.
