Most likely,no.I've seen very few SBC headers that didn't require 90* plugwires.

Re: Hooker 2055 - spark plug wires?
Probably not. But all is not lost. Use the new 90 deg. ceramic booted wires at the plug. This is the best choice for gen 3's because it is so tight in a gen 3 with the hookers that you will eventually fry any other boot material. Now you still have one issue. The fit between the header primaries and the plug gets so close in a few cylinders that you may not get a full length plug (depending on your heads) in and get the boot on. If you use a high dollar iridium NGK plug or similar precious metal like platinum, they will last well over 100,000 miles without issue. Just remember you may have to put the plug and wire together with the headers off or pulled away as far as you can. You can bypass this issue with an Accel Shorty plug however, they will need changing as the gap increases. I use the ceramic boots with NGK iridium plugs. All wires are shielded completely with msd high temp covers and run under the headers against the block and up the back of the heads with a small diameter distributor cap and external coil instead of over the valve covers. This produces a clean look. Several motors running around this way. With this set up you probably will never have to mess with plugs and wires again. In general Hooker's usually fit very well.
Hope this helps you,
