The wiring CD diagram i have doesn't show this green wire around the the AC wires and the PO put a blade style connector on it. I dont see any block sensors only the knock sensor

The wires in the first photo do look like grounds. If the other ends are hooked up, you can confirm that they're grounds by connecting an ohm meter between the loose ends and the negative battery cable. If they're grounds the meter should indicate zero resistance.
It's kind of hard to tell what's in the second photo. It looks like the wire/barrel thing/female blade connector are just zip tied to the broken green wire, yes?

Yes its just zip tie to keep it together until i figure it out.. Note- it is a darker green than the others going to the a/c compressor
