Bogging at WOT

So i have a 91 camaro RS 305 5 speed, and at WOT it seems to bog super hard. past probably 80% it bogs down and sounds sort of muffled out. Before that point, if you roll onto the throttle, it pulls smooth and strong (for an L03) but if you pass a certain point it just muffles and loses it. Any ideas?

Re: Bogging at WOT

You have to determine if it's fuel or spark related.

Get a fuel pressure gauge on it and get on it a bit to see if the pressure drops.
Some simple things to think about are your fuel filter, plugs, wires, cap & rotor.

Fuel filter is fresh, need to get around to the plugs. Wires look newish.
