91 Camaro RS v8 TBI stalling issue

Hello everyone this is my first post.
To start off some background knowledge. One afternoon I drove my car to my grandparents house right down my street to have dinner. After dinner I tried starting my car up and the rpm's started fluctuating and it then shut off. I kept trying to get it started and keep it started by giving it gas, after a bit of time I finally got it to drive home keeping it at high rpm's. So now my car has been sitting for about a month, every once in a while trying to start it. I checked the fuel pump(sounds great), fuel filter(looks brand new). Also, the person before me had a security system in the car with what I believe had a shut off switch with it. I followed the wire back that when grounded would shut off the car and it was spliced from a wire going from the ignition coil to the ignition module. So the other day my at father comes up with the great idea of unplugging the battery for a few minutes. After we hook it back up the car runs great but has the check engine light on that hasn't been on before and we can feel a missfire. The car runs long enough to get it to my school where I work in an auto shop. Yesterday, I threw on a catalytic converter and did a well needed oil change. Tried starting it up and it began with rpm fluctuating and stalling again. My teacher thought it was the ignition module because when he'd ground the spark with a screw driver it would start up. So today I replaced the ignition module and one of the plugs on it does not fix.
Thank everyone for their time, just would love a couple more opinions on what it might be.

I would start with checking the fuel pressure. The pump may be priming, but it may not be providing the pressure needed. Also ohm your injectors. If they are stock or you haven't replaced them, they may be bad. They should ohm up about 1.3. When my ignition module went bad it would just crank and not start. Autozone checks them for free. Good luck.

Check your codes in the computer. I had an issue with my TBI 305/t5 Trans where I would start it an it would fluctuate alot back an forth In rpms between 600-1000rpm an I got a code 21 which is low voltage to at the TPS (throttle position sensor) an put a new one in an solved it. I do however need to do a new cap an rotor with wires an plugs but she runs smooth now.
