Car: 1988 Pontiac GTA
Engine: 5.7 l98
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: BW 9bolt with torsen carrier
2 Grey's pink and black and a blue location and....
Anyone correct my stupidity and tell me where this connection goes. Just replaced column and it does not go to column. Also not much wire , coming from behind fuse block/ also after column install constant horn.. thoughts?

The connector from the cruise control switches in the column connects to that, and, it has nothing to do with your horn constantly sounding.....
The horn wire coming out of the column is a small black wire, as indicated by this diagram. That black wire is seeing ground when it shouldn't. Have you tried disconnecting the spring loaded connector in the center of the steering wheel to see if the horn stops ?
(PS, I know it says 1992, but the wire colors are the same)

I don't have the spring loaded connector installed just the steering wheel installed. When I first hooked everything up and put the end towards the firewall as soon as it made connection with the firewall the horn would go off so I believe the body of the steering column is grounded I just don't know where.
