Where is the location of the Speedo buffer?

I have an 87 Formula 350, where is the location of the speedo buffer?

Car: 1989 Firebird Formula
Engine: Internal Combustion
Transmission: Completed
Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
It is a yellow plastic box, piggybacked to the ECM and located behind the dash on the passenger side, just below the speaker.
