THREE races in one night!!!!!my TA wins them all
#1,my girlfriend and i go pick up my friend and his gf and get on the highway. as soon as i go to get off the highway from the ramp, this eclipse is right there next to me. i look over and the guy is giving me the look and is goosing the throttle a little so i nod and we both nail it at about 55 and go to about 80. i had him by like a half a car the whole time. he gave a thumbs up and turned off.BTW, this was a non turbo car.
#2,i get down to eastgate. there is a strip here that a lot of people come to and just cruise around.i pull into taco bell,and we grab something to eat. come back out and there is a red probe there with japanese letters all over the rear window and a big ol fart tip. the windows are tinted so dark u cant see in and the door opens up and 4 guys get out. it just so happens to be my gf's x-bf. he just glares at me like he is going to kill me. i dont say anything and we just walk to my car. we all get in and they all walk over to my car. he immediately asks what ive got in my car and i tell him it is a 86 TA with a 305 TPI. he looks back at his friends and they laugh. he then tells me that his probe is a auto 4 cylinder with exhaust, intake and a chip and is pushing like 300hp and that he is going to beat me in front of my gf with his car and show me what a "real car" can do. he had some other choice words directed at my gf and they walked over to his car. he starts up, does the weekest burnout and goes out to the highway. we catch the light and he is just reving like crazy. i drop it to first. light goes green and we take off. by the time i shifted to 2nd. i had a car on him. by the time i was in third i had a car and a half and shut down at 80.then he flew by us with all of them flicking us off. lol.mabey next time he might have a chance if he takes out those 12 subs and his three 200lb. friends out next race.300 hp.lol
#3. go back into eastgate to go to our movie at the local theatre and there is this really really crappy 80's crx at the light by the mall.i didnt think anything of him and he starts yelling obsenitys and how american cars are crap.i was really annoyed because this guy would not shut up. he would rev and look over with a badass look. i would rev and his gf and him would laugh. like goes green and i just KILL this guy.i beat him by at LEAST 2 car lenghts to 70. at the next light i get in the turning lane and he starts yelling how lucky i am that he isnt in his 95 civic or he would have killed me.lol.
the import scene up here has gotten completely outta hand.damn that fast and furious! now i know the limits of my car and know it isnt all that fast. i usually dont race unless i am provoked. but these guys around here think that they are the kings of the road.i have respect for all cars but the import owners around here have all been really rude towards me. i have met very few that i can actually have a car conversation with that dont put down american cars in one way or the other. oh well. the eclipse guy was rare. he was in his 20's, the younger guys are really bad.

That's very true. Young kids + ego + friends = bad attitude. I think that ricers hate us because we "cheat" with our "huge" engines. That's the funniest thing. One of my really good friends has a Talon TSI AWD Turbo that he's put $10-15K in, and it's definately fast, but I can still hang with him after spending about half of that. The thing that gets me is he's always giving me crap because, "it's so easy to make a car with a bigger engine run better." What a load of crap, all he has to do is turn up his boost controller and his computer takes over after that. I have to actually tune my engine to make it run better. The really funny part is that deep down he wants BBC Chevelle! LOL!

Good kills, but shouldn't you pick on somebody your own size? 
I mean, you could look at any of those cars you beat, and know you will beat them without even racing them.

there really arent too many other cars that i can hang with. dude i have a 195 hp peanut cammed 86 trans am. the worst TPI engine ever. i dont usually street race unless they provoke me first. if they ask for it, they get it. i dont just go around picking on the little guys or anything.

Man, where do you find these ricers?
I live in California, land of rice.. and no one will race me except mustangs. Countless times I've pulled up beside some kid in his body kit civic with a five inch chrome fart pipe, but he wouldn't race. Is california rice smart, or other rice just stupid?

dont really know what it is about the ones out here but there are a TON of them up and down the strip by the mall. i usually dont even bother, but the ones that stare at me, or get a little rev happy i have to race. there are very few FAST imports around here. most are teens with 5 foot wings and coffee can tips. i cant go down the road without one of them riding my as$ or reving at me.its crazy. the probe guy i had to shut up.

most import guys are as$ho!es but i kick it with an import club and they are cool because i dont like the domestic guys around here.. well i dont know any of them.. i am new to phoenix Az and the import guys around here are cool with me and my big red camaro but usually domestic guys start crap with them i have noticed...ah well its all fun until someone gets knocked out.. i like the rivarlry and i am making my car faster just to beat these damn juicing imports...
