I took on a fourth gen TransAm today. It was on a 4 lane state rout heading in to town. He was behind me at a light, and there was a neon to my right. When the light turns i go at a normal pace(faster than the neon). He passes the neon, switches lanes and floors it. I didn't realize what he was up to till he was beside me(i was going 60 and he was going about 70). As soon as i notice, i floored it. In a few seconds i caught up with him and we were both doing about 80 in a 55. I pulled ahead and realized 85 was my limit for this rather buisy road at 5:30 pm(where cops regularly camp). I slowed down to the speed limit, and he passed me going about 90. I counted it as my kill, but that dude had some *****.(he probibly thinks he won)

Those 4th gens are really fast but good kill Also good judgement on slowing down. I try not to go exceptionally fast at times I know people and cops will be on the road. Late at night is a different matter.

I smoked a 80's mustang gt convertable at that same exact light. It sounded pretty mean. It was faster than i expected, but i still won the race. It was a similar race(he had more speed when i punched it, but i came back).
I love my car
