O2 values for air/fuel ratio

Is there a ballpark millivolt reading for various air fuel ratios? A mechanic friend has an 85 IROC he put a 350 in place of the 305 and wants to try to dial it in better.Small Comp Cam , and headers also. Has access to an emmissions chassis dyno he could "load" the motor also.

If this is too basic a question I looked up O2 sensors and millivolts and it had zero matches, so don;t flame me I'm more a second gen tuner with carbs. I do have a Holley TBI with teh Commander 950 I'm adding to an 81 TA if anyone has input on that system.

Also, you may want to hop over to http://www.nastyz28.com. It's the Second Generation Camaro/Firebird Owners Group. Great place to find info on your 81. I'm ULTM8Z over there.
