Fuel pressure
I installed a new AC Delco fuel pump FP241.
I am only getting 40psi at the fuel rail with vacum unplugged. 34 when the car is running vacum plugged in.
Are these numbers normal?
I am thinking maybe a clog in the fuel line ? Blow air from all angles when pump was out and regulator removed.Regulator is almost new, filter is new.

You can take all the rails apart and blow 'em out with compressed air. You can also take the regulator appart and inspect the seat.

3/8 supply and return lines. Have blown compressed air both ways through both lines. Replaced the regulator and pressure is up to 45/38 dead and running. I must have gotten a bad regulator.......THANKS
