Exact I.D. of factory runner tubes?

Does anybody here know the EXACT I.D. of the factory runner tubes?

The tech section here states that they are 1.470" or around 37.30mm. However, there seems to be slight "pinch" or "narrowing" where the tubes attach to the flanges of the runners.

Has anyone here actually sliced open a tube and measured the I.D. with a (digital) caliper from the mid-point of the runner tube itself?

Thanks.
