I just had my 305 dynoed, 241rwhp 294lb/ft torque
Best et 14.10 @ 99.23mph
87 Formula 5.0
mods are
Pocket ported stock heads
Compucam 2030 w/ 1.6 roller rocker
all free mods
hooker shorty headers w/ 3" cat full system
AFPR set at 41psi w/o vacuum line
Holley air-foil
efimike Chip

stock unported TPI tubes and base
Ported pleneum
Is that rwhp pretty decent for a TPI 305?

Nice numbers man! I love to see 305s doing well. Granted, a 350 is the better route, itd be kinda cool to say "oh its just a 305" and then waste 'em!
I'm hoping to do a bit better than that with mildly ported aluminum LT1 heads, heavily "smoothed" (not mirror-polish though) LT1 intake, 1 5/8" headers, LT4 HOT CAM, some 24# injectors, and some chip burning. The heads will put the CR to about 9.8. Walbro 255lph would be installed as well. MSD 6AL box with Accel Supercoil and MSD 8.5mm wires to AC-Delco plugs.
To help the 1/4 ETs/MPHs, I'll be adding a 3200rpm stall, 3.42-3.73 gears, and new LCAs. I'm hoping this will put me a ways into the 13s if I can get traction. By that time, my car will be about 250lbs lighter (heads, intake, seats, AC, AIR, headers, rear carpet, front swaybar, possibly fiberglass hood, etc.)
Oh yeah, stock bottom-ended 305

Stock injectors, just monitor O2. Seems the MAF can compensate for extra air flow. I left the fuel pressure at 41, and the A/F is about the same.
DuronClocker... That should net you allot more top end than the TPI, it's was all done by 4550prm. I like that Idea of an LT1 top end, let us know what mods you did too it...like distributor mounting and water cooling passages...aren't the Lt1 reverse flow...

Yea I run at NYIRP, I usually run my turbo-Kawasaki motorcycle. That pissed me off, both the Hayabusa and Kawasaki broke same night...SO I'm playing with the Formula...(Hayabusa goes 170 mph there
Yea 5-speed and "fair" at best traction, 2.16 60'
