Major flooding
Could someone help on a major flooding? I swapped a 350TPI into a 91RS. We rebuilt the motor raising CR to 10:25 , .060 over on bore, 64cc ported heads with 2.02/1.60 valves Comp cam 264HR. I changed the injecters to 24lb. as well as the computer, chip. and Painless wiring.
Upon starting the motor, it ran fine for 30 minutes. It would accelerate fine as well as idle. We stopped the moter to time it and have had nothing but major flooding since. I removed fuel rail and turned ignition on. All 2 injectors on each bank were just dumping gas.
I've disconnected the fuel pump to keep cylinders from filling up!. I changed new Accel 24lb. injectors and still have the same problem. I've checked the vacumn line on the regulator and there is not a sign of gas passing to plenum. I can start and run the motor for almost a minute a idle. If I connect the fuel pump, it stalls and floods. Could it be a computer problem? Any help from you guys would be appreciated

You might want to check the wiring if you have a injector wire grounding out it will dump fuel. I had a wire pinched between the fuel rail and the intake and it happened to me.

with the fuel rail still out so you can see the injectors, completely unplug the ECM & then turn the key on & pressure up the fuel rail. if you still have fuel coming out of the intake side of the injectors you have a short to ground somewhere, if not the ECM has problems.
you don't want to have the injectors locked on for very long as it will damage them.

Thanks Denn for your Input I pulled and raised the fuel rail with injectors. I then disconnected the ECM, connected fuel pump, and tuned on ignition. The injectors did not leak and had 45lbs. of pressure. I placed everything back in order and installed a new ECM. Still floods my cylinders. I am open to other suggestions form you or other members. Thanks for your help
