Anyone know the best price to get the upper and runners. I looked through Sallee chevrolet and they list it at 674.85 on their 2006 price list.

I bought a ported out Plenum on Ebay for $103.00 shipped to my door.
I've seen them go for $200 before, but thats a stock Plenum.
Now I just need to buy the runners.

Rich at http://www.cruzinperformance.com/ used sell the Superram plenum/runners cheaper than anywhere else. I would send him an email.
Be sure to check out the C4 Parts for Sale/Wanted at www.corvetteforum.com also. Used sets turn up there more often than in our classifieds section.

Thanks for the advice. I e-mailed Rich at cruzinperformance and he said he would sell me the very last intake left in stock. He gave me a better deal than summitracing.

I'm planning on gasketmatching the Superram I have soon. It's IROCZZ3's old setup. It's going on my future engine. I also need to send Rich some injectors to be flow-tested.

Well I got my superram plenum and this thing is monstrous. Unfortunately the search function still isnt active but I really would like to know how I should stud the plenum for ease of removal. I know there was a thread about modifying the plenum to make it easier to take off.

I have this thread, Super Ram instal tips/tricks, bookmarked. It may help you.
I do have slotted plenum-to-runner bolts. I do not plan on using studs there.

Ok so basically I have to slot the bolts on the threaded end so I can use a flat head screw driver with the plenum cover removed to tighten the plenum to the runners. Im not sure if im understanding this right. And yes i know about the pizza box reference but seeing it in person is a whole other thing.

You've got the right idea. You do not have to slot all the bolts, just the inner ones that are a pain to reach.
