Question about A.I.R. lines...
Well today I had to remove my diverter valve over the passenger side valve cover to get to my gasket. But since my cats have been removed and I dont need to take emissions tests,,, I wanna just remove the smog hoses and etc. But my question is where can I find a fitting to block the hoses that lead into the exhaust manifolds? I wanna just cut the metal pipes leading into the manifolds also. But I dont want any leaks... What should I do guys?

you want to take the egr lines out of the manifold...well tehre are 2 options... heat your car up, go for a drive, when they are got jsut bend the egr valve back and forth until it breaks off. grind down the holes till you get them flush and weld closed. or unscrew them and put a 1/4 plug in there. you can get those plugs almsot anywhere. here in canada, canadian tire was the cheepest. at the same time take the smog pump off, not hard to do. there is not a really got tech article on taking it off but you will need to get a new belt once this is done.
