Flame Red 1988 GTA, L98/auto, 98k on the odometer. Only 2 previous owners, one of only 5 cars built in '88 with RPO U21. Built early in the model year (November 6, 1987), so it has some 'unique' features: no VATS, and it has the radiator, coolant hoses, and external ignition coil from a 305. I've put almost 15k on it in the less than 2 years I've owned it! Only major mod is a cat-back that the previous owner installed.

Beefy89,
You need to upload your image to the internet first. You can go to http://www.photopoint.com to do this. Once it is uploaded click on "link to this image" (at photopoint) and copy the link to your last post. You need to add img with brackets before and after your link. Click the edit button on my previous post above to see how the link should look. That's it!!!

Bulldog,
I had lots of problems with my power hatch. When the gears finally stripped I converted it to a manual latch. I had someone compress the gasket by leaning on the hatch and marked 2 holes on the rails inside the power hatch box. I then drilled out the holes and used two bolts with locking nuts to hold the rails in place. It doesn't take much to close it (no slamming, just like closing a trunk) and the power hatch release still works!! It may not be as cool, but it was a free fix. Unless I run into excess money, I'm keeping it the way it is!
