More LT1 LT4 /vortec ?

I’m thinking of adapting an lt4 or lt1 intake to my car it has a 355 with fast burn heads and lt4 hot cam in using a modified stock base now with slp runners and all the porting. I just ordered a SDPC tpi base for vortec heads I was just wondering if I use the lt1 or lt4 intake ware will this move my power do you think I will get more horses at a higher rpm or do you think I will stay close to the same. I have port matched the slp runners to the plenum and Siamesed (spelling ??) the runners in a bought 2 on each side and have a 52mm tb. I have not done a lot of research on the lt1 until know so any in put would be great I will probably use the SDPC base until I get every thing for the lt1 or 4 conversion worked out.

earl,
if you get the manifold redrilled, distributored, and plumbed, itd be a minram.
and most minirammers have noticed little torque
loss, but upper rpm and power gains above 5000rpm over the LTR TPI manifolds.
how about a ramjet?
short runner, larger plenum than a miniram.
i see a even torque and upper breathing.

the ram jet is do-able, but its gonna be a pain in the butt. getting different length cables and all that because the throttle linkage is on the passenger side instead of the drivers side. however it would be a nice alternative. id like to see how the sdpc vortec base performs, if it really pumps out 375 horses with a LT4 hot cam that would be one hell of a deal. id also like to see a dyno of one too, to see where the powerband peaks at.

just got a set of the lt1 intake gasckets it looks like this may be a doable convertion the lt4 ports are supose to be .200 larger.I also just bought an LT1 intake for the fuel rails acording to som of the lt1 guys that have changed to the lt4 intake the fuel rails from the lt1 work with the lt4 the lt4 intake is 180.00 so Im trying to convice my self to spend the money and try to make it work I with I could get my hands on a lt4 intake to set on top of my motor to see how it maches up I may just buy one that was convertied to work on the lt1 but it has a price tag of almost 300 for it.if any one is interested in the lt1 intake minus fuel rails let me know it does have the TB with it. I got it off a cop car.I may use the injectors for a secound project does any one now ware I can look up the part #s to see what size injectors came with it.
