Need advice on what to do next....

Have done most basic stuff to my 350TPI like:

Descreened MAF,ported siamesed plenum/SLP runners,adjustable afpr,Hooker 2055 headers,Catco 3inch hiflo catalysator,Flowmaster aftercat 3inch system,underdrive pulleys,and so on bla bla with stock camshaft 415/430.
In stock ready for use i have Trickflows 195cc heads with 62cc combustion chambers,also Edelbrocks hiflo baseplate and 1.6 alurockers but i have not mounted any of these things yet since i have not descided on what cam to use,my goal is to build a 383 stroker in the future say 2-3years ahead.
A good camchoice for a 350 in the meantime what would that be you all think.......offcourse the XE258/264HR comes to mind........i have the stock converter and 2.77 rear gear so can not go completely wild.........also the TFs are maybe a little to big for the 350 and i should wait with them until i build the 383
I dont whant to have a slow dog next summer

The best things you should do is some sub frame connectors along with some rear suspension mods. The next best thing that you would notice would be some 3.73 gears along with a 2500-3000 stall

Subframes will be in the car until then yes with a new tourqe arm.
I have yellow Konis and Eibach springs in all four corners and Lakewood panhard/control arms in the back also i have polybushings where i can have it,also have Edelbrock 3 point kit in the enginebay for frontsuspension.
So chassie everything is or will be under control thats not a problem i think.
I am not building a dragracer been there done that now i am building for more roadracing,also i have the 9 bolt rear so finding high gearsover here in EC is not easy but a 2400stall converter with lock up will be in there i think.
So back to the engine stuff any takers i am leaning towards the XR264HR will that one work in a TPI with 2.77 gears without making it a dog with the TFs heads.

i would suggest a lunati voodoo cam. they atre reliable and very decently priced. i would go around 480 to 500 lift for ur stock 350 and for the 383 around 550 lift. im researching building a stroker for my 87 z28 and im looking at a lunati with 534 lift.

I know it doesn't answer your question, but I'd do a 3.42 gear before I laid another wrench on the motor. Just another two cents worth.
