What's holding my fuel rails on?

I'm changing injectors. I've removed the plenum and runners and four bolts that hold the rails to the manifold, and though I can wiggle the fuel rail assembly a little, it doesn't want to lift off. I don't want to pry on it since the whole assembly looks a little fragile.

Am I missing something, or are the injectors just stuck in there good?

Thanks

Well also you want to make sure that you have disconnected the fuel line that runs to that, dont know if you did or not, then you will have to do a little tugging on it but not real hard, your seals might be stuck a little bit.

Yeah it takes a little bit of leverage to get the bottom o-rings to pop out.

OK thanks. I'll get back on it this evening. Busy polishing the runners and plenum right now. Major grunt work.

Don't forget the bolt on front of the manifold that holds the fuel lines.

BTW, twisted the head off. Just my luck.
