Can't adjust Accel AFPR down?
Ok, a bit of a wierd problem here. I just finsihed installing an SLP T-RAM on my 91 GTA with the L98. I had to make up the fuel lines and I used -6AN lines to run the fuel system. I used the SLP fuel pressure regulator aseembly with the Accel AFPR as the regulator. Both the MAP and the AFPR are Teed off the same vacuum source as per SLP's instructions.
Anyway, with the adjusting screw all the way out, my fuel pressure reads 55psi at idle with the vacuum line disconnected. I can't adjust it any lower, and turning the screw in obviously increases fuel pressure. Is there anyting I am missing? Was I supposed to use a spacer between the housing and the AFPR or something? Thanks for any help.

I had the same issue with a crane one. I have never been able to lower its base setting below 50 psi. I have given up on it and plan to go back to stock.
