TPI ecu worries me
I have some ecu worries pertaining to what i want to build my motor too.
I plan to use my stock 86 TPI intake on a 350
I have a standard bore 350 block, out of a late model truck( Roller Motor)
I plan to have a 10.5:1 Compression ratio with aluminium heads.
Also plan to use a comp cams computer friendly cams. not sure which one because of my computer woes.
My problem is when my motor is all complete, how will i have to deal with my stock computer to handle the increased displacement and increase in compression ratio. i plan to go to a stand alone ECU later on done the road, but right now i need the motor to run with out it detenating and what not.
Any advice or input of the subject would be apreciated.

You haven't done anything that the ECM can't handle, unless you're going to use MAP instead of MAF then you'll need custom tuning.
