What Goes Here?

OK, so I'm getting close to firing up the 383, I just have one more port to fill. What goes in the 1/8" NPT port at the rear of the lower intake? No wire connector nearby (the one in the pic is for the distributor), the intake is Edelbrock, the car is a 92 LB9 Formula.

Also, what would that blockoff plate be there for? EGR blockoff is in the center of the intake.

The lil 1/8npt pipe hole is a coolant tap, the block off plate is for a EGR feed tube. Both of these are used on a corvette TPI. You will not use them on a F-body.
If you bought it new, it should all be in your instructions.
