New Cast aluminum 700r4 pan- stock ground clearance.

PML has come out with a shallow height cast pan for our cars with clearance problems. I can not fit a deep pan on my car and have not been able to upgrade for cooling till now. $126 for bare finish cast aluminum 700r4 pan- polished ($226) and black crinkle finish ($151) availible also.

Before you install the pan, put on a temp guage and do before and after tests? I think you won't find any differences. Plus if you hit a rock you will break and not dent the pan, which will cause immediate fluid loss. Just one reason to reconsider the pan change.

I have it gauged- dropped it another 7*- 10*. Rocks?, not where I live. Have had cast pans on olther cars for years. Never had problems.

Check your stock steel tranny pan for dents & scrapes (if you have them now) forget about the cast aluminum pan. Note!
Last I heard they use speed bumps all over the country.
