Mechanical Speedo....Help Needed

Hey guys, I am about to start my auto to manual conversion, but before I begin with the teardown I would like to make sure that I have everything ready to go with the T5 that is going in in place of the 700R4. I need some help with the speedo drive. The tranny that is going in is from a 92 RS and it has the electronic drive on it. I need a mechanical drive from an earlier T5 to be able to connect my speedo. Can anyone help me with a GM part number for the mechanical drive? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Steve

Your local GM dealer can help with the part #. They usually have that part in stock.

While you're there, get the right speedo gears for whatever rear gear you are putting this in front of.

Okay, when I went to the dealer, all they could find were driven gear PNs. In the charts it didn't list a sleeve or adapter. In one of the notes it said something to the effect that if a sleeve wasn't listed then the assembly had to be serviced as a unit. Does that mean the all i need to do is buy one of the gears and everything will be included? I am lost. Here are the PNs that they listed.

14090580 GEAR ASM (whatever that means)
25522481 GEAR
25522483 GEAR
25522485 GEAR
25522497 GEAR

Any ideas?
