How do you lock the axles in a Zexel torsen differential when you have nothing else then whats on this picture ?

the center part has nothing to hold the axles in?!?, I've never done a rear before, I'm comfused ?

I've got the 28 spline axles at home and the Zexel too, they axles slide perfectly within the differential but the center part doesn't lock anything.

the axle ends have a place for c clips. Install the axles into the posi unit without the bar. The c clips slide onto the axle ends. Then the axles are pulled apart but they will not come out because of the clips. The bar is bolted in last. All the bar does is keeps the axles from coming in and the clip falling out.

I dont remember where the clips came from but thats what you are missing

You should be able to pick up the c-clips from any drivetrain specialty shop. But like Austin said, that's what you're missing.

EDIT: Check out www.nationaldrivetrain.com. I got my gearset and install kit from them a couple weeks back, they were very helpful. They have there own shop, so they should have the odds and ends.
