I wanna put some 10-12 inch wide tires on the back of my 91 z28 after the motor goes in. Im debating fiskies or hre's but i dont know where i can find a mini tub kit for my car or some way to fit them. I Plan on having to move my gas tank and putting a fuel cell in but I just dont know how to attack sucha task. INFO pls someone

I have a set of Pirelli 275/40-18s on the rear of my 83, on stock C5 wheels with 1-5/8" spacers.... fit fine, except they just barely touch at the bottom front inside of the wheel opening on hard corners, on a place that looks sort of like a flap that hangs down there..... that's 10.8" wide, more or less, well within your target range; I don't know what those other things you're taking about debating over are, but these seem to fit fairly well.
