Tremec in and now the clutch wont dis...

Hey guys I put my TKO-600 in and I put a new Hayes flywheel in also cause mine was cut to many times and blue... Anyways this thing is super hard to get into gears when the car is off or on the bench but I heard thats how they are at first... Well heres the prob., I start the car, puch in the clutch and the trans wont go into gear, reverse grinds real bad cause there no sync.. I guess.. Now If i push it into first pretty good the rpms drop so the clutch isn;t disengageing, Now it all works a week ago with the t-5 in there. Is there any reason the hydraulics woudl just go bad?? I am just gonna orde rht lt1 setup cause its only 100bucks and I'd rather have the braided line.. But what else could it be?? thanks

Got the throwout bearing on the fork right? With the fork's little spring ears INSIDE the groove of the bearing, not "clipped" over the outside? That's exactly what it sounds like... improper assembly.

If you need it, I'm sure I can post my famous pic.

Yea its together right, I've done it countless times... I think the Hydraulics just went out on it from unhooking them so many times... they are from a v-6 car I found in a junkyard about 2 years ago cause I had the same problem with the old ones except they only went bad when heated and you could measure the distance the rod moved when cold compared to when hot and it was a big difference... Well I guess I will hav to wait forever for Gmpartsdirect to send me the new stuff from what I heard and then we will know... Thanks and if you want you can post the picture cause I know you love doin it lol...

Ok I was thinking about it and I put in a new flywheel and clutch disc but not pressure plate cause its only got maybe 3,000 miles on it so its in good shape, Now The pressureplate is from a Hayes Street clutch kit (orange one). And the new disc I just realized is for the street strip clutch set (gold) now I am thinking this is probably thinker then the street one and causeing the fingers in the pressure plate to be in a slight bit and now the slave cyl. is out of travel before it gets it to release... Does this make any sense or is it to small of a difference to matter??
