Which clutch should I get?

I have a nicely built TPI motor which is probably in the range of 350chp/400 ft/lbs of torque. This is backed up with a TKO500.

I have looked at:
Centerforce Dual Friction - Metallic Disc - $260 (CTF-DF161056)
Ram Power Grip HD - Iron/Organic Disc - $340 (RAM-98730HD)
Zoom High Performance - Kevlar Disc - $260 (ZZZ-HP1675-1A)
Spec Stage 2 - Do not know what material - $349 (SC192)

What are the better materials for the clutch? All of these are different and noted above.

The Ram claims 90% more holding power. I have no idea what the others claim. The primary use of this car is going to be on the street with the occasional dump of the clutch to light the tires up.

Thanks for your help!
