Engine: 305
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 373
rear end

what do you guys think would be the cheapes and most easyest rear end that i could put up in my 89 camaro that could handel about 500 hp? any old cars at the junk yard i could rip out the rear end and build up ?

just bite the bullet and get an aftermarket rear from strange, currie, or moser. more expensive, but it beats putting money into a ten bolt.

unless you have the fabrication skills to modify another rear end. nothing else will fit one of these cars without serious modification.
