Shift pattern/Plate

has anyone ever Scraped the Shift patten off there Shift plate? how'd it come out?

P.S. does any on have a Shift plate that has the below Shift pattern?

it doesnt scrape off, u have to cut it; it is "part" of the shifter plate

Board member Rcar7395 has a four speed shift plate for sale in the interior classifeds. I can't remember if reverse if up and to the the left(Super T10) or down and to the right(Saginaw) on the one he's selling though.
