Car: 1987 Pontiac Trans Am GTA

Engine: 355 Stealth Ram

Transmission: 700R4 w/ 2600 stall

Axle/Gears: 9-bolt 3.27

minor problem

Ill go into detail of what is happening, if im driving down the road just cruising and i go to pass someone or stab the throttle and it down shifts to 2nd or 3rd it will start to pull then the engine will rev up and the trans will slip and of course i left off, now it has only done this about 4 times in the last year so it isnt common but it does happen and i know its bad for, i know the level is fine because i have checked it several times. I keep in eye on things like that.
I just had this trans rebuilt like 2 1/2 years ago. so it isnt that old. Any info is great. thanks in advance.
