T56 yoke clearance?

I finished installing my T56 over the weekend, but am concerned about the clearance between my driveshaft yoke and the rubber dust boot that extends ~1" rearward of the tailshaft housing.

I only have 2mm of clearance with the suspension at normal resting load. It looks like the yoke will come into contact with the rubber dust boot during suspension travel.

What's considered normal clearance on this? I can have my driveshaft shortened if necessary...but I don't want to give up spline overlap on the tailshaft if not needed.
