Car: 1987 Camaro IROC Z28
Engine: 355
Transmission: 1994 T56
Axle/Gears: BW 3.27 (stock)
200-4r/700-r4 converter

interchangable, correct? I'm looking into a GN converter for my 700-R4, and i want to make sure it works.

or is it only the 27 spline 700r4's that bolt up?

Your transmission must have 27 splines to make this work (1982-1984). In late 1984 they went to 30 spline. The OD on the 27 spline is apx. .890, the 30 is apx. .990.
