Whirring sound?

Whirring sound?
Well, just got a rebuilt WC T-5 put in, so now I'm back on the road! However, I just noticed a little whirring sound. It is in all gears, but when it is in neutral or the clutch is depressed, the sound goes away. At first I thought it was the driveshaft, till it stopped making the sound in neutral/clutch depressed. Any ideas? This is a basically new tranny too!
