master slave
so after i get done with my twin turbo 383 im going to back it up with a t56. and my questoin is does the slave out of my 86 t5 fit in the t56? and my line that goes to the slave broke so should i replace it with same one or sould i buy one from a t56 and use it with my t5 pedals? thanks

afaik, the slaves are the same for teh 3rd gen and the lt1 style t56 cars. you can just replace the hose, but if you are doing all this work, it may be in your best interest to just pickup a new master/line/slave setup and start fresh. No point using 20+ year old parts on a high performance build.
you can use a complete setup from a 93-97 car, it has a nicer braided steel line. the clutch pedal will engage higher though.
