Injectors
I was wondering when pulling out the injectors does it matter what order they are placed back in. I mean do you have to put them back in the same spots? And is there any way you tell which wire hooks up to which injectors, or does this matter?

Car: 1983, 1986
Engine: 2.8 2bbl, 2.8 MPFI
Transmission: 200C 3 speed, 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.08, 3.42
When placing the injectors back in, I would try to put them back in the original position but its not that important. The wiring is important though as it gives the signal to the injector when to spray the fuel. If the wiring is screwed up, the car will spray gas into a cylinder that is not firing. Lay the injector harness out as if it was installed in the car. The connections should point to the corresponding injector

Yeah, injectors shouldn't matter which holes they go back into. Just make sure to lube the inlet (fuel rail side) & outlet (intake manifold side) o-rings with some engine oil before reinstalling the injectors. This will help keep the o-rings from tearing (vacuum leak!) as you push the injectors back in. If you're reinstalling your injectors (and they're not new, and they haven't been serviced by a place like http://www.cruzinperformance.com ), you should really install new o-rings. There's an o-ring kit, by Standard, part #SK-10 - that comes with 12 o-rings, two for each injector. I don't know where you can buy pintle caps, or how to get them off, but I hear that if they snap, you don't have to replace them. (Just remove all traces of the broken cap!)
When I did my injectors, I took a bottle of whiteout, and marked each electrical connector with the cylinder #. Frontmost passenger side is #1!!! (Not like a v8, which is opposite.) Cylinder numbering is
rear
5..6
3..4
1..2
front
Remember that your car won't start right away. It'll take a couple cycles of "prime pump, crank engine, shut key off, wait" to purge all the air from the fuel rail.
TIP: Don't disconnect the metal feed/return lines from the side of the rail. Leave them connected. Instead, un-do all the clamps holding the metal lines to the engine. Then you can just swing the fuel rail over to the side because of the rubber hoses. You can see an example of this at http://www.geocities.com/tomp_3rdgen/ , it's the 5th picture (second row, middle pic). The fuel rail is hanging over the driver's fender, with all the injectors attached, and it's hanging by the fuel hoses. Admittedly, this wasn't too smart; we should've supported the rail a bit better to prevent abnormal stress on the fuel hoses.

Thanks Guys
I am in the process of ripping the engine apart o find out what I did to it. so far I havent found anything major, expect never use cheap oil Holy Hell was there a lot of Build up in the head and I only used it a few times. Last time I use cheap oil.
I still have to rip out the bottom end and have a look at the crank. The water pump is a bugger, It has torx bolt holding it on, that sucks, now I have to go buy a tool (YAH, I have an excuse)
In my other post, I had asked about preformace parts, and places to them in canada, but anyplace that has a good selection and price will do.
