3.1 parts fell off. please help!

the part is right behind the alternator and when i put my hand over it it blows out while the engine is running. i have no idea what it is but the car runs terribly with it off. if anyone could help me out i would really appreciate it.

Its the tube for the EGR or Tube for the smog pump.

If it goes from the black digital thing to the intake manifold, its the EGR tube.

If it goes from below the alt, to the exhaust, its the smog pump tube.

It's PCV, and it's on the driver valve cover, not the passenger(behind the alt).
