lol.. i have to admit too, some v6's are faster than you think just buy looks/sounds. A lot of people have been surprised by my car, ive been surprised by some too
On a side note, i love the Twin turbo rotary rx7's... things are fast as HELL!

if you got a v6 that modded fairly well I do have some questions to ask ya
trying to help one of my friends be able to kick some tail on the V8 stangs and camaro in my area.

and as for your V6 motors yeah some easily will take me hand me my A$$ but then again some I can win. either way good race lots of fun. but get me in the turns and I'm gone :-)

When I was first racing back in the 70's (gymkahana in my 1966 Corvette), this guy came on the track with a Rotary-swapped 1959 Austin Healy Bug Eye Sprite.
Faster than a speeding bullet!
My cousin took me for a ride in their RX3 (?) wagon (again 1973 or 74). Damn! I never heard 10,000 RPM so fast! I never knew you could do 10,000 RPM (to my 17 year old mind).No wonder that thing had a buzzing rev limiter. He hit it very gear!

Ummmm the kill was done by my 1974 Maverick Grabber with a 302cid it was purposely hunted done and done becuase of a certain Iroc that seems to like to pick on the V6 guys here. Hey i had to, i was frustraited and in the mood to whomp someone.

You know what I am really begining to see a childish nature to Iroc, you see you just don't go into v-6 posts and taunt them when all they are trying to do is better there engines, now the whole thing I see is a guy thinking he is on top of the world, yet I can see a rotary japanese car beating his"manly" v-8 I don't care I suppose, I have a v-6, and I love the car just the same, it looks nice, its comfortable, and it attracts girls and eyes just the same as your v-8 so really I think he needs to take his own head out of his @$$

Hey RX why dont ya get the twin turbo headers and the matching turbos and go hunting??? I'm sure you'd win more then lose!. I saw a supercharged RX7 Rotary in a mag that was pulling 497/456 on a dyno with the factory block!. Guy said he did it for around 4k not bad for the money and it runs looooooow 10's.

Fast to who? Fast the the new 16 year old driver trying to become accustom to a rear wheel drive vehicle? Or fast the the 30 year old driver who feels the need for a 14 second 1/4 mile?

Either way, a V6 can be built up for either. It's a matter of how much money you want to sink into it.

And IMHO, I think that owning ANY sports car should require you to take a special class, especially if you're female (no offense to the ladies, just the truth).

if you want a strip runner, I have an article (bout a 3.8bird) that can be used as a refrence. The bird does high 12s on an NA motor. And it has the FULL interior.

i have a 5.7 TPI and personaly i think it would be more rewarding and fun to build up a V6. thats why i keep trying to convice my friend to invest some money on it 2.8 and i would love to see a turbo put on that thing, well someday i'll be rich and stuff.

Need I remind you that Hacking in any form is ILLEGAL, It is a FEDERAL OFFENSE. I hope you do do something really stupid so they can get your home addy, from your IP and have you arrested and put in jail for a nice sentance for hacking and willful destruction of private property(afterall this is a private site). Just remember that the server keeps the IP's of everyone that logs into here including the moderators and even the owner. And I'm sure they keep them stored in a off site computer as well. And did I forget to mention that they can go to your internet provider and hav them drop you like a bad habit and you would also have trouble finding another provider that will give you service with a record of you being a convicted HACKER.
