I bought a rpm window switch for my NOS. I was wondering if my 91 z28 L98 has a rev limiter.Thanks for your help.

 

What ignition do you have in the car?Stock?Aftermarket?Stock has no rev limiter besides maybe a fuel cut off which doesn't really rev limit,just shuts the fuel supply down.Some aftermarket ignitions will have a rev limiter (MSD 6AL,etc) that cuts spark that you may want to look into for a true rev limiting feature.

 

If you have the money, a good ignition box is the MSD Digital 6. It has a rev limiter that you set, and it can retard the timing when ever you are spraying.
