need help with power locks

I have a 91 RS and my driver power lock doesn't lock all the way and my passenger power lock doesn't open all the way. I was wondering if you guys know what is causing this, how to fix it, etc. Any info would be appreciated.

Do you have auto door lock option with your alarm system?
