Hello, Does anybody know anyone that makes a Plexiglass rear hatch for our cars, I'm making my car a drag car, and I'm looking to drop weight and I know this would help, maybe I could just put my own plexiglass on the existing hatch, any info would be greatly appreciated, Thanks Dave

There is a company that sells replacement glass for f-body cars that weighs 77 lbs less that the factory glass, if I remember right it's made of lexan, you can get it through summit racing, I'll try to find the part number and post it later on.

I was just talking about this same thing yesterday. I would like any info as well for a lexan rear hatch to replace that heavy factory glass. That would compliment my glass hood nicely.
