Rhoads Lifters???

I would like to hear from people that have any experience with these lifters. They say on their website that they make some noise at lower RPMS, Is this noise totally annoying?? I am looking to run a bigger cam with my TPI set up, with the cam I want to use these seem like the only option for vacuum purposes.
Any input would be appreciated!

I had them on my old engine, didn't notice any extra noise that could be heard over the exhaust.

Rhoades Lifters on 400

I'll support the previous post, I've had a set on my 406 in my 76 4x4 Blazer for over 240k miles with no problems. I could have run a bigger cam than the Comp Cam I used, but never had any computer problems, and vacuum and brakes were never a problem either.

At certain operating conditions, you might notice a little, but they won't be objectionable. Besides, running any kind of headers and exhaust like I did and almost nobody else would even notice.

I had a set in the 80's on my 67 camaro. No complaints. Had a 292 magnum CC Cam, stock converter, higher than 308 gears. Car had slight bog with big cam. adjusted carb and timing and would then blow the tires off from idle.

I would use them again.
