What's the difference between Heli-cores and Superconductors?

These two kinds of MSD wires, what's the difference besides color and price?

And does a set of MSD wires come with the coil wire?
Thanks,
Homer

Heli core wires are 8mm, Super Conductors are 8.5mm and are suppose to have less resistance per foot of wire.

the boots for the plugs and cap is alot thicker and bigger than the heli-core. (they are also a little harder to install)
btw msd super conductor wires have a restanice of 40-50ohms per foot, i don't know what the heli-core wires are,
the best i have seen is morsco's wres 40ohms per foot, and the set was 165.

i dont think the boots are that much bigger and could be the same size as the heli core ones. I have heli cores on my car, and me and my friend just put some superconductors on his 67 mustang, and i didnt notice any different

i put heli-core on my best friends 87 iroc-305tpi- and i put super conductor on my car-89 iroc 305tp. the 3 difernces that i noticed between the sets

1- superconductor is a larger wires, and seems to be a little stiffer.
2-superconductor wires had a arger boot, the plug also sat more in the boot.
3- my set had another wire for the coil, (but that has no efect.)

i wouldn't know that- 87 had a in cap coil, my 89 has a external coil. thats why i said my set has another wire for the coil, when in comparison his didn't even have the wire because there was no need.
