I am looking into building my 92 camaro 5.7 Lt1 engine. I just dont know what to do. I have $1000 to put into the car. what is the best performance combination package i can put into her?

 

Well, if you have a 92 camaro with a swapped LT1 into it, then I don't think you would have much problem with knowing how to modify a car. Does your engine have a distributor??? If it does it isn't a LT1. But what I think you probably have is the L98. If this is the case, do these mods: full exhaust (from headers back), posi and gears, update your suspension, either get a new intake (superram, or LT1) or modify your TPI, then do cam and heads, custom chip, and have fun driving. Depending on how much you want to spend you could also make it a 383, or supercharge it. This all depends on your budget, but start with simple things.

 

Oh by the way, that whole list would also apply to a LT1 also except for the intake change part.
