help! need new HD TQ arm...
anyone have this BMR Extreme Duty TQ arm? if so, how does it clear the exhaust cause i have a 91 Z and was lookin under there in the general area where that crossbar will weld to my SFC's my dual cats seem to be right in the way? eventually i will be buying Hooker LT's and and will have a custom Y pipe fabbed up but my engine build up is robbing me of my money for that so...

then theres my other option of going with a Spohn T56 Chromoly TQ arm ( seeing as i have a '94 T56w/ SPD crossmember) but i hear so much about ppl having clearance problems with their exhaust?
anyone have pics of both of these installed? preferably the BMR one cause i surely would like to see what that looks like underneath as i prefer the BMR one to have that additional crossbar bracing in my subframe and i already have a T56 crossmember.

I don't have any pics, but I can tell you that the BMR HD TA will require you to rework you exhaust somewhat. It shouldn't be a huge deal, but bear it in mind. And I strongly urge you or anyone not to attempt installation unless you are a qualified welder using proper equipment. Can't stress safety enough.
The Spohn part is really good in my opinion. I have been using their's for about 2 years now and it is great. They designed a nice, bolt in part that works with all you factory exhaust and driveline equipment. Plus, its just as strong as the BMR. I think the Spohn is more expensive, but the installation makes up for that. No welding, cutting, or hacking on anything.
Hope its helpful...
